The C in STOIC framework stands for credibility. 


As your competitors retract into their safe markets, now is the time to reach out to those markets they might have abandoned. 

This is not the same as the pet projects I said to drop in an earlier post. This type of activity should be your core business or another significant growth opportunity.

By knowing that customers have been abandoned by your competitors and offering them help with what they need, you can build your credibility as the place where solutions exist.
